Urn-filled herbs....

I can't take care of houseplants so what makes me think I can care of herb plants?  I've tried it before and they grew like weeds.  We found that we had more herbs than meals to incorporate them with.  Then I wasn't caring for them properly and they had begun to dry out. 

Today, I discovered these wonderful urn-filled with planted herbs.  Should I give it another try?  Heck, it may be worth ordering just for the urns!
